The invention relates to a process for the production of flameproofed polystyrene bead foams containing reclaim, which comprises coating comminuted recycled polystyrene foam with at least one flameproofing agent and fusing the coated pieces together with freshly produced, prefoamed polystyrene beads to give moldings, and to products produced by this process.
