There is described a method for the production of surface-coagulated pet food and feed for farmed fish, fur-bearing animals, birds and other animals, which is characterised in that the paste is made of by- products from the meat and/or fish industry and/or whole fish, plus some energy-giving meal, is heat treated at 100-200 °C for 5-60 seconds to apply to the feed a surface film of coagulated protein, the total heat supplied (time x temperature) being controllable when the buoyancy is adjusted in fish feed, whereupon the feed is cooled quickly after coagulation.
On décrit un procédé de production d'aliments pour animaux familiers et de nourriture pour poissons de fermes d'élevage, animaux à fourrure, oiseaux et autres animaux, aliments et nourriture coagulés en surface et caractérisés en ce qu'ils se présentent sous forme d'une pâte réalisée à l'aide de sous-produits provenant de l'industrie de la viande et/ou du poisson et/ou de poissons entiers, pâte à laquelle on a ajouté une substance énergétique, que l'on a traitée par la chaleur à une température comprise entre 100 et 200 DEG C pendant 5 à 60 secondes, afin que se développe sur celle-ci un film superficiel de protéine coagulée, la chaleur totale fournie (temps x température) pouvant être régulée lors du réglage de la flottabilité des aliments pour poissons, et que l'on a ensuite fait rapidement refroidir après le processus de coagulation.
