The invention relates to a method for production of non-planar membranes for electroacoustic converters, comprising a core layer of poly(meth)acrylimide foam and at least one outer layer, characterised in that: a) the outer layer and the core layer are laminated using a pressure of <0,3MPa and a temperature of >=160 ~C and then b) the composite obtained is moulded using a cold mould with a temperature of less than 100 ~C at a pressure of 0.3 MPa and a temperature of 160 ~C and, at the same time, at least that side of the core layer in contact with the outer layer is compressed. Said membranes thus produced have excellent rigidity and in particular the cover layers have a high peeling resistance.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane non plate pour convertisseur électroacoustique, laquelle comporte une couche intérieure en mousse de poly(méth)acrylimide et au moins une couche de couverture. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que a) on stratifie la couche de couverture avec la couche intérieure en appliquant une pression < 0,3 MPa à une température = 160 DEG C et b) on façonne ensuite le compositie ainsi obtenu à une pression = 0,3 MPa et à une température = 160 DEG C en utilisant un moule froid de température inférieure à 100 DEG C et en comprimant simultanément au moins la face de la couche intérieure qui est en contact avec la couche de couverture. Les membranes ainsi fabriquées sont extrêmement résistantes, les couches de couverture notamment présentant une résistance au pelage très élevée.
