The invention relates to a method for producing solutions of vinyl polymers in reactive monomers by a) polymerizing by radical initiation one or more ethylene unsaturated monomers selected from the group comprising vinyl esters, acrylic acid esters, and methacrylic acid esters, and optionally one or more further ethylene unsaturated monomers, and subsequently b) optionally distilling off volatile components, and c) optionally adding one or more inert solvents, d) mixing with one or more reactive monomers, and e) optionally distilling off the inert solvent, characterized in that the vinyl polymers are not present as isolated solids in any of the steps a) through e).
L'invention se rapporte à un procédé pour la préparation de solutions à base de polymères vinyliques dans des monomères réactifs, ledit procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : a) polymérisation radicalaire d'un ou de plusieurs monomères à insaturation éthylénique choisis dans le groupe comprenant les esters vinyliques, les esters de l'acide acrylique et les esters de l'acide méthacrylique et éventuellement d'un ou de plusieurs autres monomères à insaturation éthylénique ; puis b) séparation éventuelle de composants volatils par distillation et c) addition éventuelle d'un ou de plusieurs solvants inertes ; d) mélange avec un ou plusieurs monomères réactifs ; et e) séparation éventuelle des solvants inertes par distillation. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que les polymères vinyliques ne sont présents dans aucune des étapes a) à e) en tant que solide isolé.
