The invention relates to a production plant (1) for assembling and/or processing components (3) that are transported on workpiece supports (2), comprising several transport sections (5, 6a, 6b, 6c), arranged one behind the other. At least one designated feed device (15; 51), which operates independently of the neighbouring transport sections (5, 6a, 6b, 6c), and one guide device, which has at least two opposing guide rails (20), are allocated to each transport section. The workpiece support (2), located between the guide rails, is configured to be displaced into position along the guide device and is provided with guide organs for vertical and lateral guidance. The guide organs of the workpiece support (2) have a groove-type recess for engaging in the guide rails (20) that lie transversely at a distance from one another in relation to the direction of transport (16). In at least one of the transport sections (6a; 6c), at least one guide rail (20) is configured to be lifted from a resting position, in which it lies outside the structure gauge of the workpiece support (2), into a position above the transport plane (19), by means of an adjusting device and to be adjusted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the guide rail (20) to adopt an engagement position for engaging with the recesses of the guide organs.
L'invention concerne un équipement de fabrication (1) destiné au montage et/ou au traitement de composants (3) transportés sur des porte-pièces (2) dotés de plusieurs sections de transport (5, 6a, 6b, 6c) successives. Chaque section de transport est associée à au moins un dispositif d'avance (15; 51) fonctionnant indépendamment des sections de transport adjacentes (5, 6a, 6b, 6c) et un dispositif de guidage présentant au moins deux glissières de guidage opposées (20). Le porte-pièces (2), situé entre les glissières de guidage, est conçu être positionné de manière mobile le long du dispositif de guidage et est doté d'organes de guidage destinés au guidage vertical et latéral. Les organes de guidage des porte-pièces (2) ont un creux, en forme de rainure, destiné à l'emboîtement des glissières de guidage (20) qui sont placées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre et perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement (16). Au moins une glissière de guidage (20), d'au moins une section de transport (6a; 6c), est conçue pour être soulevée d'une position de repos, dans laquelle elle se trouve en dehors d'un gabarit d'espace libre du porte-pièces (2), et être amenée dans une position, dans laquelle elle est au-dessus du plan de transport (19), à l'aide d'un dispositif de réglage puis être ajustée transversalement au sens longitudinal de la glissière de guidage (20) en vue de l'emboîtement avec les creux des organes de guidage.
