Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention relates to a system and mechanism of feeding, traction, shuttering and film adjustment in program- mable audiovisual apparatus, with rapid frame change, which executes the passage of one frame to the subsequent one obeying a pre-established programmed signal, changing only one frame at each signal, consisting of a system of traction, shuttering, and adjustment characterized by making the time taken to effect the frame change imperceptable and also allowing the establishing of all the stages of projection of animation, varying from one static frame at a time, up to frame change speed desired.
