The invention concerns a prolamin-plant polar lipid combination in which the prolamin and plant polar lipid constituents are present in proportions such that stable films can be obtained by said combination which is preferably in the form of a hydro-alcoholic gel comprising: 20-40 w/w % of prolamins, preferably gliadin; 0.1-5 w/w % of ceramides, preferably wheat ceramides; hydro-ethanol solution (35 to 80·) qs 100 %. Said combination can be used for preparing films, patches, aerosols to be used for releasing active substances such as therapeutic and cosmetic agents.
L'invention fournit une association prolamines-lipides polaires végétaux dans laquelle les composants prolamines et lipides polaires végétaux sont présents dans des proportions telles que des pellicules stables puissent être obtenues avec cette association qui est de préférence sous la forme d'un gel hydro- alcoolique comprenant: 20-40 % p/p de prolamines, de préférence de gliadine; 0.1-5 % p/p de céramides, de préférence de céramides de blé; solution hydro- éthanolique (35 à 80~) qsp 100 %. Cette association peut être utilisée pour préparer des pellicules, des patchs, des aérosols destinés à être utilisés dans la délivrance de substances actives telles que des agents thérapeutiques et des agents cosmétiques.
