The invention is related to FIX analogues which have an increased circulation time in the blood stream before activation compared to that that of native FIX (and a week after injection to a patient retains at least about 5% of the FIX activity compared to the initial activity peak value reached after injection). The claimed FIX analogues comprise an inserted cysteine residue which has been further modified by conjugation with a chemical group increasing the molecular weight of the FIX analogue.

L'invention concerne des analogues du facteur IX (FIX) qui présentent une durée de circulation accrue dans le flux sanguin avant leur activation par comparaison avec celle du FIX natif (de plus, le FIX maintient, une semaine après l'injection à un patient, une activité d'au moins 5 % environ par rapport à la valeur de pic d'activité initiale obtenue après l'injection). Les analogues du FIX selon l'invention comportent un insert de résidu cystéine qui a en outre été modifié par conjugaison avec un groupe chimique augmentant la masse moléculaire de l'analogue du FIX.
