A prolyl endopeptidase inhibitor SNA-115T, which is a peptide represented by C113H144N26O28 and produced by hydrolyzing SNA-115 with trypsin. SNA-115 and SNA-115T have a prolyl endopeptidase inhibiting activity and are useful as an active ingredient for preventing and treating amnesia, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and HIV diseases. 31
