An expression cassette for expression in plants which allows a heterogenous gene to be specifically expressed in anthers and/or pollen is provided. This expression cassette contains a rice CatA gene promoter having a sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1, or a sequence which includes a portion thereof and which has a promoter activity equivalent to that of the sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 1, and a site for inserting a heterogenous gene such that the heterogenous is expressibly linked to the promoter. A recombinant plasmid containing a heterogenous gene, and a method for introducing a heterogenous gene into a plant by using a recombinant plasmid are also provided.

L'invention concerne une cassette d'expression de plante permettant l'expression d'un gène étranger dans des anthères et/ou des pollens. Ladite cassette contient une séquence représentée par NO SEQ ID NO: 1 ou un promoteur de gène CatA du riz qui est une séquence possédant une partie de la séquence précédente et présentant une activité de promoteur équivalente à celle de ladite séquence précédente, et un site dans lequel le gène étranger doit être inséré, de sorte que ce dernier soit ligaturé avec le promoteur et que l'expression soit assurée. Un plasmide de recombinaison contenant un gène étranger et une méthode de transfert d'un gène étranger dans une plante, au moyen dudit plasmide de recombinaison, sont également décrits.
