It is intended to provide agents promoting the proliferation and/or differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells which are useful as remedies for diseases induced by the insufficient proliferation and/or differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells, in particular, diseases associated with a diffuse decrease in hematopoietic cells and/or hematopoietic hypofunction. The above problem is solved by providing agents for promoting the proliferation and/or differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells and/or hematopoietic precursor cells which contain as the active ingredient cofilin.
L'invention vise à créer des agents favorisant la prolifération et/ou la différenciation de cellules souches hématopoïétiques et/ou de précurseurs hématopoïétiques, utiles comme remèdes à des maladies induites par la prolifération et/ou la différenciation insuffisantes de cellules souches hématopoïétiques et/ou de précurseurs hématopoïétiques, en particulier des maladies associées à une diminution diffuse des cellules hématopoïétiques et/ou à une hypofonction hématopoïétique. A cet effet, les agents selon l'invention, favorisant la prolifération et/ou la différenciation de cellules souches hématopoïétiques et/ou de précurseurs hématopoïétiques, contiennent de la cofiline comme principe actif.
