A promotional gaming device for determining whether a player has matched a predetermined winning sequence of characters or symbols. The gaming device is comprised of a substrate having at least one row of location designating symbols and at least one column of location designating symbols disposed in relation to each other so that a position may be designated by a combination of at least one of the symbols from the row and at least one of the symbols from the column. Groups of sequence representing elements are disposed on the substrate which represent elements having a corresponding position designated by the positional combination of at least one of the symbols from the row and at least one of the symbols from the column. A promotional product label having a plurality of marks disposed thereon is addressable by one of the sequence representing elements when the substrate is placed over the promotional product label, and each of the marks identifies a sequence representing element that in combination forms a gaming sequence which can be compared to the predetermined winning sequence.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de jeu promotionnel permettant de déterminer si un joueur a découvert une suite de caractères ou de symboles correspondant à une suite gagnante prédéterminée. Ce dispositif de jeu comprend un substrat comportant au moins une ligne de symboles désignant des positions et au moins une colonne de symboles désignant des positions, disposées en relation l'une avec l'autre de telle manière qu'une position peut être désignée par la combinaison d'au moins un symbole de la ligne avec au moins un symbole de la colonne. Des groupes d'éléments représentant une suite sont placés sur le substrat. Ces éléments ont une position correspondante désignée par la combinaison d'au moins un des symbole de la ligne et d'au moins un des symboles de la colonne. Une étiquette de produit promotionnelle porte une pluralité de marques qui coïncident avec un des éléments représentant une suite lorsque le substrat est placé par-dessus l'étiquette promotionnelle, et chaque marque permet d'identifier un élément représentant une suite, qui une fois combinés forment une suite de jeu pouvant être comparée à la suite gagnante prédéterminée.
