ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A holder to manipulate a propane torch and to stabilize the operating torch in upright position on a support surface. This holder comprises a flat base, of rectangular shape, the handle upstanding from one end of said base and a clasping clamper forming a collar fixed to the outer end of the handle and projecting over the base; the clamp has at its free ends diametrically-opposite the handle interconnectable clasp members to firmly secure the bottle of the torch in upright position on the base and against the handle. The base protrudes from outside of the torch to prevent accidental tipping of the operating torch.
