The object of the present invention is to provide a therapeutic agent or a prophylactic agent for a disease resulting from an abnormal bone metabolism, especially osteoporosis which is more effective than conventional agents. Excellent therapeutic effect or prophylactic effect on a disease resulting from an abnormal bone metabolism, especially osteoporosis, compared with the effect in administration of each compound alone can be obtained by the combination of an N-hydroxybenzamidine derivative represented by Formula (I) or a salt thereof with an activated vitamin D or a prodrug thereof.
L'invention porte sur un agent thérapeutique ou prophylactique pour maladies associées à un métabolisme osseux anormal, en particulier l'ostéoporose, qui est plus efficace que les agents thérapeutiques ou prophylactiques classiques. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur une combinaison d'un dérivé de la N-hydroxybenzamide représenté par la formule (I) ou un sel de celui-ci et une vitamine D active ou un pro-médicament de celle-ci, ayant un effet thérapeutique ou prophylactique supérieur sur les maladies associées à un métabolisme osseux anormal, en particulier l'ostéoporose, par comparaison à ce qui est obtenu par l'administration du dérivé de la N-hydroxybenzamide ou d'un sel de celle-ci ou la vitamine D active ou un pro-médicament de celle-ci seul.
