ABSTRACT This invention relates to a medicament for the treatment of frequency urination containing a propiophenone derivative represented by general formula (I) Image (I) wherein R1, R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, each independently represents hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl- or halogeno- lower alkyl group having a straight or branched carbon chain, a lower-alkoxy group or a cycloalkyl group having 3-8 carbon atoms, two of which R1, R2 and R3 groups may combine to form methylenedioxy or ethyleneoxy, R4 represents hydrogen or a lower-alkyl group having a straight or branched carbon chain, and A represents pyrrolidinyl-, piperidinyl-, morpholinyl- or, azepinyl or a pharmaceutically-acceptable acid addition salt thereof as the therapeutically active-agent or principle.
