Procédé de fabrication d'agents ou corps propulsifs pour des générateurs de gaz du type à "base-bleed", contenant un ou plu- sieurs composants solides granuleux ou pulvériformes, dont au moins un est un oxydant, et un liant, caractérisé en ce que ce liant est un élastomère à déformation thermoplastique, en ce que ce dernier est additionné de dissolvants et est intimement mélangé avec les ingrédients solides, et en ce que le dissolvant est éliminé du mélange avec formation d'un produit solide granuleux. L'invention concerne également un agent propulsif pour ledit générateur de gaz.
