A propulsive part is provided for transportation means, preferably intended for movement on the non-protected ground, designed in the form of a walking wheel, comprises a central unit which is the hub (1), skids (4) and the means for connection (3) of the central unit with the skids, equally spaced on the perimeter of the central unit, connected with the central unit by resilient hinges (5) and designed with the possibility of changing its length under the load. The preferable mode includes means for connection designing in the form of the central (8) and peripheral (9) elements interconnected resiliently and telescopically, the peripheral element being connected with the corresponding skid by the resilient hinge (6) which is arranged on the skid in shifted position in respect of the centre of the skid in the direction along the skid. A transportation means with the described propulsive part exercises a reduced tightening and structure destructing influence on the ground and has a higher cross-country capability.
