The garment may have a front opening to enable the wearer to put on and take off the garment. The garment has a cylindrical body-encircling member on the front side of which are a pair of breast pockets. Each pocket is adapted to receive a soft, lightweight breast prosthesis. A shoulder strap is connected at the top of each breast pocket and is connected at the other end to the rear of the body-encircling member.
