A fluid control valve operable in erosive fluid conditions includes a primary soft seat (56) protected by a secondary hard seat (66). Two dead band (51, 53) areas control the fluid flow on valve opening and closing to spacially separate the soft seat from the flow stream. A diverter (46) is provided to deflect the flow stream away from the soft seat.

L'invention concerne une soupape de commande de fluide, laquelle peut fonctionner avec des fluides érosifs, et comprend un premier siège mou (56) protégé par un second siège dur (66). Deux zones mortes (51, 53) régulent l'écoulement du fluide lors de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la soupape, afin de séparer spatialement le siège mou du courant d'écoulement.
