ABSTRACT There is disclosed a canopy assembly suitable for use with a scooter-type vehicle. The canopy includes a back support for securement to a seat of the scooter. An intermediate protective member extends up from the back support. A protective canopy projects from the intermediate protective member and forwardly of the back support and the intermediate member and further extends over the seat. Securing fasteners are provided for securing the canopy to the intermediate member and for securing the intermediate member to the back support member.
