This specification describes the use of a composition comprising a nanoscale powder, a porous ceramic powder and a solvent for protecting a metallic surface against chemical attacks at high temperatures, in particular in a reducing and/or carburizing atmosphere, and also a corresponding process. Furthermore, this specification describes a plant part having a metallic surface which, in the operating state, is exposed to a reducing and/or carburizing atmosphere, wherein the surface is coated with a porous protective coating having a specific surface area of at least 20 m2/g.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition comprenant une poudre nanométrique, une poudre céramique poreuse et un solvant, pour la protection d'une surface métallique contre les agressions chimiques à haute température, en particulier dans des atmosphères réductrices et/ou de carburation. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé correspondant. L'invention concerne en outre une pièce d'installation possédant une surface métallique qui est exposée en service à une atmosphère réductrice et/ou de carburation. La surface est revêtue d'un revêtement de protection poreux qui possède une surface spécifique d'au moins 20 m /g.
