PROTECTIVE DEVICE FOR A ROLLER TYPE PULVERIZER Abstract An arrangement for detecting changes in the opera- tion of individual crushing rollers in a pulverizing mill. Changes in the lubricating oil temperature and level in each roller are indicated for comparison purposes so that the operator can stop and restart the pulverizing mill motor to thereby eject obstructions in the path of the rollers.
