- 1 - Abstract: A protective cover for apparatus that sprays liquid through a nozzle surrounds the high-pressure region of a jet of liquid from the nozzle. The cover is provided in its inner circumference near an open end thereof with a drip preventing wall for preventing dripping of liquid caused to adhere to the inner circumference of the cover. This liquid flows along the inner circumference of the protective cover and is stopped by the drip preventing wall, whereby dripping of the liquid is satisfactorily prevented.
