An article of clothing (10) includes a mask member (12) and a scarf member (14) joined together. The mask (12) is formed of a closed-cell neoprene with a fleece interior lining and a Lycra TM exterior surface. A scarf member (14) is secured to the lower edge (24) of the mask member (12) to extend rearwardly about the head of the user and is made of a fleece material. The article of clothing (10) is held in place about the head and neck of the user by VELCRO TM hook and loop fasteners (60, 62).
