A protective-sleeve-cartridge/stethoscope assembly includes a stethoscope (12) and a cartridge (10) mounted to the stethoscope (12), with the cartridge (10) including a sleeve (14). In a cartridge-and-sleeve assembly, the assembly includes a cartridge (10) having a first elongated circumferential sidewall (28), with the first elongated circumferential sidewall (28) defining an interior space. The assembly further includes a sleeve (14), at least a part of witch is stored in the interior space. In this assembly, the cartridge (10) and sleeve (14) are constructed and arranged whereby the cartridge (10) may be mounted to a stethoscope (12), and at least a part of the sleeve (14) may dispensed from the cartridge interior space and over a head (16) of the stethoscope (12). A cartridge (10) for mounting to a stethoscope (12) includes a first elongated circumferential sidewall (28) and a second elongated circumferential sidewall (42) inwardly spaced from the first sidewall (28). The first and second sidewalls (28, 42) define, between them, a first interior space, with the first interior space constructed and arranged to contain at least a part of a sleeve (14). The cartridge (10) further includes a first end, and a selectively-moveable cover (30) at the first end, with the cover (30) being moveable between an open position and a closed position, whereby a user may adjust access to the first interior space.
L'invention se rapporte à un ensemble cartouche à manchon protecteur/stéthoscope comportant un stéthoscope (12) et une cartouche (10) fixée au stéthoscope (12), la cartouche (10) comprenant un manchon (14). Dans un ensemble cartouche/manchon, l'ensemble comporte une cartouche (10) présentant une première paroi (28) circulaire allongée laquelle constitue un espace intérieur. L'ensemble comporte également un manchon (14) dont une partie au moins est logée dans l'espace intérieur. Dans cet ensemble, la cartouche (10) et le manchon (14) sont construits et disposés de manière à ce que la cartouche (10) puisse être fixée à un stéthoscope (12) et qu'au moins une partie du manchon (14) s'étende au delà de l'espace intérieur et recouvre la tête (16) du stéthoscope (12). Une cartouche (10) destinée à être fixée à un stéthoscope (12) comporte une première paroi (28) circulaire allongée et une seconde paroi (42) circulaire allongée située dans l'enceinte de la première paroi (28). Les première et seconde parois (28, 42) définissent entre elles un premier espace intérieur, ce premier espace intérieur étant constitué et disposé de manière à contenir au moins une partie du manchon (14). La cartouche (10) comprend en outre une première extrémité et une structure de recouvrement (30) déplaçable sélectivement et située au niveau de la première extrémité, la structure de recouvrement (30) pouvant être déplacée entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, permettant ainsi à un utilisateur d'ajuster l'accès au premier espace intérieur.
