ABSTRACT There is disclosed a protective liner adapted to protect the trunk lining of a vehicle. The liner comprises a flexible sheet of essentially tear resistant woven material of a dimension sufficient to line a trunk of a vehicle; releasable fastening means mounted on a bottom surface of the sheet and adapted for releasable engagement with the trunk lining; and handle means extending outwardly from the flexible sheet.
