This invention discloses a novel protector for bollards. The protector comprises an elongated tube consisting of a plurality of interconnecting sections, an end cap adapted to seal a first end of the tube and at least one warning indicia mounted on the tube. The tube may be coloured in any desire colour, comprise a plurality of sections and provide clear visibility. The protector is easily made and carries warning indicia.
