Disclosed herein are methods of accelerating root growth in a plant, the method comprising applying to the plant root a composition comprising a) a mixture of proteins and polypeptides, and b) a surfactant, whereby root growth is accelerated as compared to an untreated plant. Also disclosed herein are methods of improving the foliar uptake of a biologically active com-pound by a plant, the method comprising applying to the plant foliage a composition comprising a) a mixture of proteins and polypeptides, and b) a surfactant, whereby root growth is accelerated as compared to an untreated plant.
Linvention concerne des procédés daccélération de la croissance de la racine dune plante. Le procédé consiste à appliquer sur la racine de la plante une composition qui comporte a) un mélange de protéines et de polypeptides et b) un agent tensioactif, la croissance de la racine étant accélérée par rapport à une plante non traitée. Linvention concerne également des procédés damélioration de lassimilation foliaire dun composé biologiquement actif par une plante. Le procédé consiste à appliquer sur le feuillage de la plante une composition comportant a) un mélange de protéines et de polypeptides et b) un agent tensioactif, la croissance de la racine étant accélérée par rapport à une plante non traitée.
