IMPROVED LIPID CONTAINING FEED SUPPLEMENT ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A lipid containing supplement for animal feeds is produced by forming a proteinaceous solution and mixing it with a liquid lipid material to form an imulsion which in turn is contacted with an acid pH adjusting agent resulting in a lipid-containing proteinaceous gel. The gel may then easily be dried to produce a convenient to handle particulate feed supplement.
