The invention relates to a terapeutical composition comprising a protein hydrolysate and a plant sterol, wherein the weight ratio of the plant sterol to the protein hydrolysate is from 1:0.02 to 1:150. The invention also relates to a terapeutical composition comprising a protein hydrolysate and a synthetic emulsifier and/or a lipid based grain fraction having emulsifying properties. Said compositions can be used in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food product for improving serum lipid profile.
L'invention concerne une composition thérapeutique contenant un hydrolysat de protéines et un stérol végétal. Le rapport pondéral entre le stérol végétal et l'hydrolysat de protéines est compris entre 1:0,02 et 1:150. L'invention concerne également une composition thérapeutique contenant un hydrolysat de protéines et un émulsifiant synthétique et/ou une fraction de grain à base de lipides présentant des propriétés émulsifiantes. Lesdites compositions peuvent être utilisées dans des produits pharmaceutiques, nutraceutiques ou alimentaires afin d'améliorer le profil de lipide sérique.
