The present invention relates to methods for learning structural information about a molecule or molecular complex. The invention also provides methods for identifying a compound that binds to a molecule or molecular complex. The invention also provides methods for identifying a compound that binds to one molecule or molecular complex and not to one or more other molecules or molecular complexes.
