A proton conducting polymer film which exhibits a product of a proton conductivity at 23~C and a methanol interruption coefficient for an aqueous methanol solution having a specific concentration at 25~C of a specific value or more; and a proton conducting polymer film which exhibits an ion exchange capacity of 0.3 milli-equivalent/g or more and has a crystalline phase. The proton conducting polymer film exhibits good proton conductivity, excellent mechanical properties and high methanol interrupting property, and thus is useful as an electrolyte for a solid polymer type and a direct alcohol type of fuel cell.
La présente invention concerne un film polymère conducteur de protons qui possède un produit de la conductivité protonique à 23 ·C et d'un coefficient de coupure du méthanol pour une solution aqueuse de méthanol ayant une concentration spécifique à 25 ·C, supérieur ou égal à une valeur spécifique. L'invention concerne également un film polymère conducteur de protons qui présente une capacité d'échange d'ions de 0,3 milli-équivalent/g ou plus et possède une phase cristalline. Le film polymère conducteur de protons présente une bonne conductivité protonique, des caractéristiques mécaniques excellentes et une forte capacité de coupure du méthanol, ce qui le rend utile en tant qu'électrolyte pour un type de polymère solide et un type d'alcool direct de pile à combustible.
