Verbal speech utterances in a stream of recorded user messages (194) are identified. The recorded user messages (194) are parsed from a call with a user (82) into a call center (11). The stream of recorded user messages (194) are stored into a database (34) maintained by the call center (11). The call is processed through an agent (81). One or more of the user messages (194) is presented to the agent (81). Commands on the user messages (194) are executed responsive to the agent (81).
