The present invention concerns methods and compositions for extending the technique of native chemical ligation of a wider range of peptides, polypeptides, other polymers and other molecules via an amide bond (see Figure 1). The invention further provides methods and uses for such proteins and derivatized proteins. The invention is particularly suitable for use in the synthesis of optionally polymer-modified, synthetic bioactive proteins, and of pharmaceutical compositions that contain such proteins.
L'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions permettant d'étendre la technique de ligation chimique native de manière à permettre la ligation d'une gamme plus large de peptides, de polypeptides ou d'autres polymères et d'autre molécules via une liaison amide (voir fig. 1). L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes et des utilisations faisant appel à ces protéines et dérivés de protéines. Cette invention convient en particulier pour la synthèse de protéines bioactives synthétiques éventuellement modifiées par l'addition de polymères, et de compositions pharmaceutiques contenant de telles protéines.
