The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing chronic graft rejection of a grafted organ in a subject from a biological sample of said subject, comprising: (a) determining in vitro an expressionlevel value for PSMB10 in said subject biological sample, (b) comparing said value to at least one reference expression level value for PSMB10 in at least one reference sample, and (c) diagnosing if said subject is or not undergoing chronic rejection of said grafted organ.The invention also concerns a diagnostic kit or microarray for performing the method of the invention. The invention further concerns the medical use of proteasome inhibitors for treating chronic rejection.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant le diagnostic de rejet chronique de greffe dun organe greffé chez un sujet à partir dun échantillon biologique dudit sujet, comprenant : (a) la détermination in vitro dune valeur de niveau dexpression pour le PSMB10 dans ledit échantillon biologique du sujet, (b) la comparaison de ladite valeur à une valeur de niveau dexpression de référence pour le PSMB10 dans au moins un échantillon de référence, et (c) le diagnostic pour savoir si ledit sujet souffre ou non dun rejet chronique dudit organe greffé. Linvention concerne également une trousse de diagnostic de puce ADN pour mettre en uvre le procédé selon linvention. Linvention concerne en outre lutilisation médicale dinhibiteurs du protéasome pour traiter le rejet chronique.
