La présente invention concerne des ptéridin-4(3H)-ones repré- sentées par la formule: Image dans laquelle X est un atome d'oxygène ou un atome de soufre, Y est un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle inférieur; en particulier un radical méthyle, en position 6 ou un groupe hydroxyle en position 7, R1 est un atome d'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle inférieur, un radical phényle substitué ou non, un radical benzyle, le groupe méthoxy- méthyle, le groupe acétyle, le groupe 2-acétoxyéthyle ou le groupe 2,2,2-trifluoroéthyle et R2 est un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alcoyle inférieur en particulier un radical méthyle. La préparation de ces composés, les composés intermédiaires utilisés dans leur prépa- ration, ainsi que les compositions pharmaceutiques les renfermant sont aussi décrits. Applications de ces composés comme médicaments anti- allergiques.
