The invention relates to a method for producing a roller shell or roller lining (1) of a roller made from a PPDI-based polyurethane plastic. The green strength shortcomings are to be overcome as quickly as possible to prevent stress cracks by the fact that the hardener added to the polyurethane shortens the working life to 5 to 60 seconds. The invention also relates to a PPDI polyurethane for the production of a roller shell or roller lining (1) of a roller made by mixing a PPDI prepolymer with a hardener, in particular to carry out the method, wherein it is important that the hardener consists of 60 to 99 % 1,4-butanediol, a maximum of 40 % diamine, and at most 1 % catalyst.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un bandage ou un revêtement en caoutchouc (1) d'un cylindre qui est fabriqué à partir d'une matière plastique de type polyuréthane à base de PPDI. Pour ce faire, on doit réussir à pallier le plus rapidement possible les faiblesses de la résistance à cru pour éviter les fissures de tension du fait que le durcisseur ajouté au polyuréthane raccourcit la durée de vie en pot de 5 à 60 s. L'invention concerne également un polyuréthane à base de PPDI pour fabriquer un bandage ou un revêtement en caoutchouc (1) d'un cylindre formé en mélangeant un prépolymère de PPDI avec un durcisseur, notamment pour réaliser le procédé, selon lequel il est essentiel que le durcisseur se compose de 60 à 99 % de 1,4-butanediol, au maximum de 40 % de diamine ainsi qu'au maximum de 1 % d'un catalyseur.
