ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A puck for use on a non-ice surface such as cement has an outer ring made from plastic or other elastic material so that it will deform slightly when the side of the puck is struck against a wall or other object. The runners extend outwardly from the upper and lower surfaces of the puck to reduce the friction of the puck against the floor surface.
