A pull-off apparatus for tubular stock of plastic foil that is produced by an extruder with a fixed blowing head comprises a lay-flat apparatus for the tubular stock that is fed in with an expanded circular cross section, and a fixed conveyor system for moving the laid-flat tubular stock to a fixed winding system. At least one guide roller and one turning rod to deflect the tubular stock by 180° in each instance, and simultaneously change its direction of movement, are arranged between the lay-flat apparatus and the conveyor system; these, like the lay-flat apparatus are supported so as to be able to pivot reversibly within an apparatus frame in a horizontal plane about the axis of the tubular stock that is fed in. The lay-flat apparatus, the guide roller, and the turning rod are held on rings that are arranged one above the other and supported directly on each other through interposed roller bodies for their pivoting motion; together, these rings form a compression-loaded ring set that is supported so as to be able to rotate within an apparatus frame, and the inside diameter of this ring set is at least equal to the maximum working width of the apparatus.
