A drawer pull-out guide having a guide rail 12 that can be fastened to a piece of furniture 16, a slide rail 13 which is guided by means of rolling elements 15 and can be attached to the drawer 11 and a profiled rail 14 having a track for the rolling elements 15 is to be made in a structurally simple manner in such a way that the lateral stability is increased and the elastic deformation is reduced in the area of the bearing surfaces when loaded. According to the invention, it is provided that the profiled rail 14 of the drawer pull-out guide has a groove 18 open to the outside in the area allocated to the tracks and in which an end web 14a of the profiled rail 14 projecting into the groove 18 is bent back and extends into the groove 18. The end web 14a of the profiled rail 14 bent back is supported on a side and and a middle bordering wall of the groove or on two side bordering walls of the groove. The end web 14a of the profiled rail 14 is bent back by an angle of about 180°. The central axis of the groove 18 thereby extends at an angle of about 45° to the side wall 16 of the piece of furniture carrying the guide rail 12. The drawer pull-out guide of the invention is particularly suitable for house furniture.
