A pulley structure having a first rotating member that is rotatable around a first axis. A second rotating member is rotatable around the first axis and in at least partial axial coincidence with the first rotating member. A spring containing chamber is defined between the first and second rotating members. A spring, having axially spaced first and second ends defined by coils, extends around the first axis. At least one coil at each of the first and second axially spaced ends of the spring is radially biased relative to the first axis to thereby be frictionally held against each of the first and second rotating members to thereby allow forces generated by relative rotation between the first and second rotating members to be transmitted through the spring.

Structure de poulie ayant un premier organe rotatif qui peut tourner autour d'un premier axe. Un deuxième organe rotatif peut tourner autour du premier axe grâce à coïncidence axiale, au moins en partie, avec le premier organe rotatif. Une chambre contenant un ressort est définie entre le premier et le deuxième organes rotatifs. Un ressort, ayant deux extrémités décalées axialement et définies par des bobines, s'étend autour du premier axe. Au moins une bobine à chacune des extrémités décalées axialement du ressort est radialement sollicité par le premier axe. Cette friction permet un maintien contre chacun des deux organes rotatifs, de sorte que les forces générées par rotation relative entre le premier et le deuxième organes rotatifs puissent être transmises tout au long du ressort.
