A pulley wheel has a first ring (12), a second ring (13) and a rib (11) integrally formed between the first and the second rings (12,13). The second ring (13) has a diameter large enough to secure a bearing assembly therein. Both edges of the second ring (13) are bent to form a flange (131) so that the bearing is securely held in the wheel by the flanges (131) of the second ring (13).
