The invention provides an improved portable off road vehicle extraction device. The device includes a plurality of bundled marine shock cord held together with a plurality of eyebolts. The eyebolts are in turn attached to free rotating injection molded plastic handles. A single steel "S" hook floats along the entire length of bundled shock cord. The entire apparatus is enclosed in a soft, durable and flexible material.
