The present invention relates to a pulsatile and non-invasive device for circulatory assistance, which device promotes the circulation of a volume of blood in the body of a subject, characterized in that it comprises a flexible multi-layer structure designed to be applied to at least part of the body of said subject, said structure having a flexible inner layer towards the body of said subject and a more rigid outer layer, and pulsation means connected to said multi-layer structure in such a way that the assembly composed of the structure and of the pulsation means is leaktight, characterized in that said pulsation means are designed to create pulsations between said inner and outer layers by way of a fluid, called pulsation fluid, each of said pulsations propagating progressively in the direction of venous return along said part of the body of said subject when said structure is arranged on said part of the body of said subject.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assistance circulatoire pulsatile non-invasive favorisant la circulation d'un volume sanguin dans le corps d'un sujet, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une structure multicouche flexible destinée à être appliquée sur au moins une partie du corps du dit sujet, ladite structure comportant une couche interne flexible du côté du corps dudit sujet et une couche externe plus rigide, - des moyens de pulsation, reliés à 1 a dite structure multicouche de sorte que l'ensemble structure + moyens de pulsation est étanche, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de pulsation sont adaptés à créer des pulsations entre lesdites couches internes et externes par l'intermédiaire d'un fluide, dit de pulsation, chacune desdites pulsations se propageant progressivement dans le sens du retour veineux le long de ladite partie du corps dudit sujet lorsque ladite structure est disposée sur ladite partie du corps dudit sujet.
