ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE According to the present invention, a pulse monitor device comprises a signal member and a power source for operating the signal member. The device is arranged such that the signal member is adapted to provide a time count signal following regular timed intervals with each interval being of adequate length to provide a time base for measuring pulse rate.
