The present invention relates to a pulverulent composition comprising less than 96% in weight, preferably from 10 to 80%, and more preferably from 20% to 70%, of at least a vitamin having a solubility lower than 20g/L and preferably lg/L and more preferably lower than 500mg/L in aqueous media, said pulverulent composition being stable on storage and having instantaneous dispersion and solubility properties in aqueous solutions.
