- 28 - ROGERS BERESKIN & PARR CANADA TITLE: PUMP ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: This invention involves a pump for pumping con- crete and the like. The pump comprises a flexible tube through which the material to be pumped may travel. The material to be pumped is caused to move along the tube by a series of means which squeeze the tube to displace the fluid being conveyed. Successive squeezing means are sequentially operated to cause a sequential squeez- ing of adjacent portions of the conduit to force the material along. The squeezing means may include air in- flated bladders which surround the conduit and operate to squeeze the conduit against the resistance of backing plates.
