A liquid dispensing pump for use with consumer product packages is provided with a shipping seal. The housing of the pump device includes an upper housing and a lower housing which are movable relative to each other between open and closed shipping seal positions. The liquid dispensing pump includes a collapsible pump chamber; e.g. a bellows. Integral with the bellows is at least one functional element of the shipping seal. The housing includes cooperating actuation elements which prevent actuation of the pump device when the shipping seal is closed. The housing may also include a tamper evident device which prevents actuation of the pump device prior to removal of the tamper evident tab; and may prevent movement of the housing from the closed shipping seal position to the open shipping seal position prior to removal thereof. The bellows may also include an integral valve including a valve member, a valve seat and a valve opening which are all integral components of a wall of the collapsible pump chamber, the valve seat facing one side of the wall and the valve member being formed at an angle away from the other side of the wall so that upon pushing the valve member through the valve opening the valve member is biased against the valve seat.
L'invention concerne une pompe (20) de distribution de liquide destinée à être utilisée avec des emballages de produits de consommation et fournie avec un bouchon de transport. Le corps de la pompe comporte une partie supérieure (24) et une partie inférieure (26) pouvant se déplacer l'une par rapport à l'autre, entre la position ouverte et la position fermée du bouchon de transport. La pompe (20) comporte une chambre pliante (40), un soufflet par exemple. Au moins un élément fonctionnel du bouchon mobile ne forme qu'une seule pièce avec le soufflet (40). Le corps contient des éléments d'actionnement coopérants qui empêchent l'actionnement de la pompe quand le bouchon de transport est fermé. Il peut être muni aussi d'une languette révélant une tentative d'ouverture qui, avant d'être retirée, empêche l'actionnement de la pompe, et qui peut empêcher que le bouchon de transport passe de la position fermée à la position ouverte avant qu'on ne l'ait enlevé. Le soufflet (40) peut comporter aussi un ensemble valve comprenant une valve, son siège et son logement et ne formant qu'une seule pièce avec la paroi de la chambre pliable (40) de la pompe, le siège de la valve faisant face à un des côtés de la paroi et la valve étant formée à un certain angle de l'autre côté de la paroi de sorte que lorsque la valve est poussée à travers son logement, elle est pressée contre son siège.
