A precompression pump sprayer has a stationary discharge and a reciprocable pump cylinder which squeezes the air out of the pump chamber to facilitate priming as the cylinder is plunged relative to a piston shifted by the plunger to open the discharge during priming. Once primed the piston is shifted to open the discharge upon a build up of pressure during plunger reciprocation. A container vent is controlled by operation of the plunger.

La présente invention vise un flacon diffuseur muni d'une pompe à précompression, d'un orifice d'évacuation fixe et d'un cylindre de pompe à piston qui expulse l'air hors du corps de pompe pour faciliter l'amorçage au moment où il est abaissé par rapport à la position d'un piston, lequel est décalé par le plongeur pour ouvrir l'orifice d'évacuation durant cet amorçage. Une fois la pompe amorcée, le piston est décalé pour ouvrir l'orifice d'évacuation suite à une accumulation de pression durant le mouvement de va-et-vient du plongeur. Le contenant est muni d'un reniflard commandé par le fonctionnement du plongeur.
