The invention provides punctal plugs for the delivery of active agent to one or both of the tear fluid of the eye and to the nasolacrimal duct. The plugs of the invention have a body (10), a reservoir (15) contained within the body, and optionally a collarette. The reservoir has at least one opening and contains a polymeric material (11) and at least one active agent (18).

L'invention a pour objet des bouchons ponctuels pour livrer un agent actif à l'un ou aux deux fluides lacrymaux de l'AEil et au conduit nasolacrymal. Les bouchons de l'invention ont un corps, un réservoir contenu dans le corps et facultativement une collerette.
